I'm passionate about all types of live fire cooking, especially American style barbecue & Argentinian asado. I do a lot of my cooking at home on my homemade offset smoker!
My Dish
If a jalapeño popper & a BBQ fatty had a baby - this would be it! Underneath the maple glazed, streaky bacon weave, there's sausage meat, chicken thighs & a mix of cream cheese. mature cheddar & jalapeño's. This was smoked over ash charcoal & apple wood for 2 hours then glazed with maple, to finish.
