A step-by-step guide to entering the British Live Fire Cooking Championships 2025

All entries will be VIA FORM.​

Cook your best or favourite dish over live fire – It must be cooked outside, over an open flame, using charcoal or wood.

Record your entry
Film a short video – Show us your dish on the grill or the final plated dish. Take a photo of your final dish – Make it look as good as it tastes.

Send us your submission!
Fill in the online entry form – Include the name of your dish and a short description of what makes it special.

The team at Kadai will narrow the entries down to a small collection of favourites, so keep an eye out and join our mailing list to see if you've been selected!
PLEASE NOTE
The Final will be held at Ludlow Food Festival, which will be in Ludlow from 12th - 14th September 2025. Our finalists will need to be able to attend these dates.
